Abstract: Three different methods of medial patellar desmotomy to manage UFP (upward fixation of patella) in 18 limbs of 17 clinical cases of bovines showing lameness were performed and clinical findings, intraoperative problems, postoperative complications were recorded and documented in this article. Blind stab incision, aseptically open approach and silk suture technique were performed for management of UFP.
