Cytologic examination revealed round to caudate neoplastic cells containing round to oval nuclei, tadpole cells, anisocytosis and anisokaryosis. Histopathological examination revealed solid sheets of neoplastic cells with vesicular nuclei containing prominent single to multiple nucleoli and eosinophilic cytoplasm, keratin pearls, cell nests and mitotic figures.
