Abstract: The present study focusedrnthe prevalence of Chlamydophila antibodies in small ruminants of AndhrarnPradesh by using standard serological assay ELISA. A total of 336 sera samples,rn272 from sheep and 64 from goats were screened for the presence of infection.rnThe test revealed a total seropositivity of 42.9% among small ruminants withrn46% in sheep and 29.7% in goats for the Chlamydophila antibodies.
