Abstract: A 5-year-old Doberman bitch was reported with the history of haematuria for past 1 month and treated locally for cystitis, there is no improvement. Ultrasonography of abdomen revealed a heterogenous mass measuring around 2.7cm in diameter with vascularity seen in the apex of bladder. Contrast computed tomography confirmed the mass in the bladder wall near the base around length and width 21.8mm, 16.0 mm respectively, volume 330mm2 with Hounsfield unit of 73.7±22.4 HU in sagittal plane, whereas in transverse plane 24.3mm, 1.9mm length and width respectively, volume 333m2, with 77.3±24.1 HU. Classified as stage 2-T2b-Tumour invades deep muscle, N0-No regional metastasis and M0-No distant metastasis. Partial cystectomy was performed under general anaesthesia and sample sent for histopathological examination and it confirmed as transitional cell carcinoma. The case was followed up for a period of year and no reoccurrence was recorded.
