Abstract: A four-month-old, female Siberian husky was presented with the history of urinary incontinence for the past 2 months. On physical examination, intermittent urine dribbling, wetness of peri vulvar hair and urine scalding of surrounding skin was noticed. Haematological analysis revealed the presence of normocytic hypochromic anaemia, neutrophilia and mild azotaemia. Retrograde contrast urography revealed the presence of Unilateral Extra-mural Ectopic Ureter. Ultrasonographic examination showed mild left-sided hydronephrosis with the left ureter opening at the level of urethra caudal to the neck of the bladder and was confirmed by contrast computerised tomography. Premedicated with butorphanol, diazepam and induced with propofol and maintained with isoflurane in a closed circuit. Ureteroneocystostomy was performed by resecting the ureter and reimplanting it into the bladder with an intramural tunnel. Post operatively antibiotics and analgesics were administered for seven days. Animal had an uneventful recovery.
