Abstract: The field assessment of biofungl agent conducted in Dhule district of Maharashtra State, to perceive the influence of Metarhizm on ectoparacite infestation and milk yield in indigenous cattle. For the assessment of biopesticed in cattle we randomly selected three villages of Dhule district, two from Dhule Tahsil (Hingane and Deur) and third one is from Sakri Tahasil (Kelipada), respectively. Thirty nine (39) Cows selected randomly from third stage of lactation and divided into two groups of 13 animals from each village. First group of treatment T1: Without utilizing bio pesticide (Metarhizium), which is a farmer practice in that particular area. Second group of treatment T2: used with spraying of biopesticide i.e. Metarhizium. Two spraying schedules were followed as per recommended practice for the same i.e two spraying schedule at an interval of 15 days. This assessment conducted during year 2021-22 to 2023-24, respectively. In conclusion, no incidence of ectoparacite was observed after spraying of the fungal biopecticide and 21.73 per cent of milk production increased during the assessment with better health over farmer practice with 2.00 BC ratios.
