Abstract: The study was aimed to evaluate the variations in the biochemical parameters of blood samples collected from three different venipuncture sites viz ear, tail, and jugular veins of cattle. A total of 36 samples were collected from twelve cattle and biochemical parameters like total protein, albumin, creatinine, glucose, blood urea nitrogen, calcium, sodium, and potassium were analyzed. The data were statistically analyzed by one-way ANOVA and the results indicated no significant difference in biochemical values among the three collection sites.
