Abstract: In the current study, 24 male laboratory rats were split into four groups to examine the effects of tramadol injection on body weight and certain blood components. The control group, denoted by the first group, C1, received treatment with regular saline (0.9%). For 21 days, the fourth group (C4) received an injection at a dose of 80 mg, whereas the second group (C2) and third group (C3) received injections at concentrations of 20 and 40 mg, respectively. According to the current study's findings, rats given tramadol injections weighed much less than the control group. Significant declines were also observed in the concentration of HCT, PLT, HB, and RBC, respectively. The study's findings also showed a considerable rise in the number of white blood cells.
