Abstract: Mycoplasma haemofeliswas diagnosed in 28 cats based on microscopic examination of LG stained blood smears collected from ailing cats. The highest incidence was recorded in DSH breed, in male cats and in cats of age group 1-5 years. The haematological changes recorded in the affected cats included anaemia, leukocytosis, leukopenia, neutrophilia monocytosis and thrombocytopenia. Serum biochemical analysis of the M. haemofelis affected cats revealed hyperbilirubinaemia, hypoproteinaemia, hypoalbuminaemia and hypercholesterolaemia.
