Abstract: The current study examined the "Effect of Feeding different levels of Guar Meal (Cymopsis tetragonoloba) replaced with soyameal on the growth performance of Broiler Chicken." During the years 2023–2024, the study was carried out in the poultry unit of the Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairy Science, College of Agriculture, VNMKV, Parbhani. One-hundred-and-sixty-day-old broiler chicks were used in the six-week experimental study. They were split into four treatments, each with 40 chicks and four replications of ten chicks each. The control (T1) birds were fed the standard ration, whereas the T2, T3, and T4 groups received rations containing 2.5%, 5%, and 7.5% guar meal as an alternative source of protein to soybean meal. At the conclusion of the sixth week, the average cumulative body weights (g) per bird in T1, T2, T3, and T4 were observed to be, respectively, 2699.05, 2721.01, 2765.77 and 2732.43 g. The total body weight gain of each bird in treatments T1, T2, T3, and T4 was 2657.81, 2680.57, 2725.58 and 2692.72 g, respectively. At the conclusion of the trial, each bird in treatments T1, T2, T3, and T4 consumed 5023.63, 4585.84, 4658.71 and 4746.62 g of total feed. The average feed conversion ratio from first to sixth week ranged from 1.70 to 1.89 which was non significantly (p> 0.05) better in T3 (1.70) as compared to T2 (1.71), T4 (1.76) and T1 (1.89). The net profit per bird was highest in T3 (Rs. 220.8) followed by T4 (Rs.218.4), T3 (Rs.217.6) and lowest in T1 (Rs.215.2).
