Abstract: A female buffalo was presented with a history of gradually diminishing appetite, leading to debilitation, dullness, and reduced feed intake. Clinical examination revealed skin lesions, including alopecia, scaling, cracking, and ulcerative wounds on various parts of the body. Affected animal was treated with penta sulfate at a dosage of 30 g per animal and long-acting enrofloxacin at a dose of 5 mg per kg of body weight administered via intramuscular injection. Additionally, a mineral mixture and liver supplement was provided, and the owner was advised to stop feeding moldy straw to the sick animal and the rest of the herd, as well as to prevent contamination of the lesions with dust and dirt. Regular cleaning of wound and topical ointment applied. Animal responded well to the treatment and returned to normal health within a week.
