Theileriosis is caused by Theileria annulata is one of the major contributing factors for decreased productivity in cattle of Odisha. In the present study, the levels of macro and micro minerals were estimated in theileriosis affected cattle in and around Bhubaneswar. Serum Calcium, Phosphorus and Magnesium were found to be not affected much due to theileriosis and serum iron was found to be largely influenced by theileriosis. Therefore, supplementation of iron can have ameliorative effect in theileria positive animals.
