Abstract: The present investigation on the data pertaining to records of 314 Jaffarabadi buffaloes, over a period of 25 years (1996-2020), collected from the records maintained at Cattle Breeding Farm, Kamdhenu University, Junagadh located on 21.29°N latitude and 70.27°E longitude is carried out to evaluate the production performance of Jaffarabadi buffaloes. The overall least square population mean of non-genetic factor for total milk yield (kg) was 2126.03±70.92 (kg). Total milk yield was significantly (p<0.01) influenced by period of calving where as non-significant (p>0.05) influenced were recorded in season of calving, parity and age at first calving in Jaffarabadi buffaloes during the period of study.
