Abstract: Studies on the prevalence of dermatophytes and fungus were carried in normal goat milk samples in an organized goat farm, known for its multiple dermatophytes and fungal infections. It was carried out in 22 goats by culture studies (SDA) and by staining techniques (LPCB) which revealed the presence of Microsporum gypseum, Microsporum nanum, Tricophyton tonsurans and fungus Exserohilum rostratum in all goat milk samples. The environmental factors associated for the prevalence of the dermatophytes and Exserohilum rostratum in normal caprine milk samples were contamination of the litter materials inside the goat shed, infected population of the goats constantly for dermatophytes and fungal infections, constant presence of dermatophytes and fungal infections in the litter materials of the caprine shed, conducive hot and cold climate atmosphere throughout the year.
