Abstract: The present study was conducted on 12 clinical cases of dogs having obstructive urolithiasis presented to the veterinary Clinical Complex, Nagpur Veterinary College, Nagpur. The blood samples was collected on different intervals for the estimation of haematological parameters like haemoglobin (g/dL), packed cell volume (%), total erythrocyte count (x 10⁶/cu.mm), total leucocyte Count (x10⁷/cu.mm) and differential leucocyte count (%) and the values are with the normal range throughout treatment period. The biochemical parameters like serum calcium (mg/dl), serum phosphorus (mg/dl) and alkaline phosphatase (mg/dl). The haematological values are with the normal ranges throughout the period. The biochemical observation recorded day 0^th, 1^st, 3^rd and 7^th days post- operatively for estimation of the urea nitrogen and creatinine vales are significant in both the groups whereas, serum sodium, serum chloride, serum calcium, serum potassium, serum phosphorus and GGT values are with the normal range throughout treatment period.
