Abstract: The present report describes a case of recurrent rectal prolapse in a five months old kitten. Detailed anamnesis and clinical examination revealed endoparasitism to be the probable cause of recurrent rectal prolapse which was successfully treated by manual reduction followed by purse-string suture application and oral administration of Pyrantel pamoate and Febantel suspension.
