Abstract:
Dairy products and berries are individually recognized for their nutritional value and health-promoting properties. Incorporating berries into dairy products not only enhances their taste and visual appeal but also augments their nutritional profile, offering a plethora of health benefits. This review focus to deliver a comprehensive summation of the synergistic potential of dairy products enriched with berries, highlighting their impact on human health. We delve into the nutritive consonance of both dairy and drupelet, elucidate the protein-based compound present in drupelet, and explore physiological effects of consuming dairy products enriched with berries. Furthermore, we discuss recent advancements, challenges, and opportunities in the development and utilization of such enriched dairy products.
