Abstract: Studies on the estimation of the immune status of the broiler chicks after estimating the maternally derived antibodies on 9th day of the age of the chicks were carried out in an organized farm in Jaipur. The broiler chicks were assessed for its MDA values which ranged from 1:2 to 1:8 and the mean values were of 3.62. The chicks were vaccinated on 10th day of age with LaSota strain as a primary dose and booster LaSota vaccine was provided on 25th day of the age of the chicks with 15 days interval. The antibody titre values were assessed on 31st, 38th, and 45th days of the age of the chicks. The mean hemagglutination inhibition titre range values were 1:2 to 1:32 with a mean H.I titre value of 10.75 on 31st day of the age of the chicks. The serum samples were studied on 38th & 45th days of the age of the chicks. The sera samples studied on 38th day revealed the H.I titre range values of 1:16 to 1:128 with a mean H.I titre value of 67.00, while the sera samples studied on 45th day revealed a range titre value of 1:16 to 1:128 with a mean H.I titre value of 47.00. The study reported the mean H.I titre values of the broiler chicks with MDA for Lento genic strain booster vaccinations on days 10 and 25 with 15 days interval under farm conditions.
