Abstract: A four years old Boer crossbred doe was brought with the history of delivery of one kid 5 hours back and still showing straining and restlessness after the delivery. Per-vaginal examination revealed presence of one fetus in anterior longitudinal presentation, dorsosacral position with right laterally deviated head. After correcting the head deviation, a dead female fetus was delivered per-vaginally by simple traction. Gross examination of the fetus revealed incomplete development of lower jaw. Radiographic examination of the lower jaw revealed presence of three molar teeth and absence of premolar teeth and mandibular bone. Hence, the case was diagnosed as fetal Agnathia.
