Self-confidence, achievement motivation and coordinating ability were among the first three components which contributed most towards the entrepreneurial behaviour of dairy farmers. The results revealed that education, milk production, milk sale and adoption of scientific practices was positive and significantly correlated with entrepreneurial behaviour while all other variables i.e., age, family size, landholding, income, experience in dairy farming, herd size, milk consumption, adoption were found to have negative significant relationship with entrepreneurial behaviour.
